Think about where your last backpack ended up. Most "eco" packs are recycled plastic; they shed microfibres in the wash and outlive you in a landfill. This one is grown, not drilled: a plastic-free Bananatex shell woven from banana plants, finished with a natural wax that turns away rain and a PFC-free coating that keeps a 16" laptop dry through a downpour. The square 15L cut has stayed unchanged since 2019 because it works. Padded back, twistlock main, quick-side zips for the things you grab without looking. And when its years are finally up, the fabric goes back to the soil rather than the bin.
